Turf Fertilizer Programs |
|
Our typical fertilizer program includes 5 steps that begin in March and end in late November. Our program gives your lawn the right amount of Nitrogen at the right times to keep it as green as possible all year round and our carefully timed, pre and post emergent weed controls will keep your yard weed-free. We take our time on each application to be sure to get good coverage and notice and correct any problem areas in your lawn. Grub control is available if needed and fertilizers and insect and disease treatments are available for all the shrubs and trees in your landscape. If we have been hired to mow your lawn we can time the application of fertilizers to work most effectively with the mowing schedule.

Lawn Mowing |

| This is one of our most popular services. Lawn mowing is typically done by 1-4 man maintenance crew on a weekly basis as needed throughout the growing season. Mowers, ranging in size from 21”- 56” will be used by operators who are careful to avoid blowing grass on cars and in flowerbeds. All of our mowers are equipped with “chute blockers” to even further reduce the amount of clippings in places they shouldn't be. This service also includes thoroughly trimming around all obstacles and blowing off all driveways, sidewalks, & road edges. |

Pre-emergent Herbicide |

| One or two treatments of pre-emergent herbicide in your planting beds will save lots of weeding and money! Pre-emergent herbicide kills weed seeds and will significantly reduce the number of annual weeds germinating. This is a great service that we highly recommend. |

Leaf Removal |
|
| Fall is a beautiful time of year! Enjoy the changing leaves and don't worry about raking any of them up. Our leaf removal service includes blowing leaves from beds and collecting them with our mobile leaf vacuum. The lawn will be mowed and vacuumed and all debris will be removed from the property. Sticks and branches will be collected and all appropriate perennials will be cut back. This may be necessary 2-3 times each fall due to the times when certain trees lose there leaves. |

Core Aeration |

| Aeration allows your turf to breath, grow, and take in water and fertilizer easier. It is especially important for Cincinnati 's heavy clay soils and is recommended at least once per year. |

Mulch Rejuvenation |

| When mulch sits it becomes grayish in color, gets hard, and acts as a shield blocking out nutrients and water. The mulch that was meant to be beneficial to the plants is now hurting them!
